Our commissions are based on the gross nightly revenue the property earns.

Our rates depend on the earning potential of the property over the length of the rental season. Our fees are all-inclusive as per contract and cleaning fees are covered by the guest.

  • DOES THE PROPERTY COME WITH TOWELS, LINENS, AND EXTRA BEDDING? SHOULD I BRING EXTRA WITH ME?"
    Yes! We provide each property with many towels, linens, and extra bedding. If you and your guests run out of towels, there is a washer and dryer and detergent in the unit or in the building to wash used towels. We have many large towels in our home for your use. You may use our towels for the pool.

    Yes! We provide each property with many towels, linens, and extra bedding.     Our professional cleaning staff will prepare the rental from top to bottom before your arrival and after you leave for the next guest.

  • IS THERE INTERNET IN YOUR PROPERTIES?
    Yes! All our properties are equipped with WIFI internet. However, internet service can potentially be interrupted due to weather, maintenance, outages by the internet provider, electrical issues, etc. and because of this no refunds will be given due to internet inaccessibility.

  • WHAT ITEMS ARE PROVIDED IN THE HOUSE?
    Each bed will be made with fresh linens prior to your arrival. Bath, hand, and wash cloth towels will be provided and the bathrooms will have hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. The kitchen will be stocked with a basic dishware set, coffee maker, pots and pans, wine glasses, coffee cups, bottle/can-opener, cork screw, microwave, and a toaster. If you would like to cook something that requires a specific pan or utensil, I would recommend bringing those items along with you.

    If you need anything during your stay, including any questions or concerns with the home after you have checked in, please contact your check in assistant(the person who greeted you, checked you into the unit, and gave you the keys) directly. This includes any concerns regarding housekeeping, keys, maintenance, linens, electronics, WIFI, parking, and anything about the apartment during your stay. If you need anything, before or after your stay, our assistants at StayWithDave will answer any questions for you.

  • CAN I BOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE?
    The reservation holder must be staying in the apartment unless you are a business owner or corporation who is booking for your employees. We do not allow individuals to book for other individuals. The new person checking in must provide valid ID and fill out a special form. The check in assistant will be notified when the form is submitted and will reach out to you and the person checking in for you to confirm.
